Ours is a Medicaid-based program which assesses individuals based on matching strengths and needs.\u00a0Diamonds in The Rough\u00a0allows individuals to remain in a natural home and family-like environment, which is integrated within a residential community as opposed to an institution or a large facility.<\/p>\n
Our staff is trained and qualified to supervise all individuals while providing care, welfare, safety, and security to all participants.<\/p>\n
Leisure activities, medical management, and adult day services are offered, as well as host home care.\u00a0We ensure the highest quality of services for each individual in our care.\u00a0Diamonds in The Rough\u00a0Services\u00a0is an organization that demonstrates integrity, and high moral and ethical standards.<\/p>\n

Our goal is to provide the highest level of care to each individual served within our organization so that they may progress to a greater level as compared from their initial admission.
